Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote Position

SMAQ Media is a gym marketing agency helping gyms scale with paid advertising & appointment setting. With clients around the globe and a track record of success, we’ve recently transitioned to a fully remote agency and are now expanding our outbound team!

We're hiring for two positions under the SDR role:

1. Full-Time SDR – Salary: 70,000 PKR/month (Min. 1–2 years of experience required)

2. SDR Intern – Paid Internship: 30,000 PKR/month (4-month internship, leading to a full-time 70,000 PKR role)

🌍 This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere, but you must adhere to the required working hours.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

For Full-Time SDRs:

☑️Conducting a minimum of 100 outreach actions per day via cold emails, cold calls, and cold DMs

☑️Writing compelling cold emails and direct messages to US-based businesses

☑️Making outbound calls to prospects, building interest in our offers, and setting appointments

☑️Maintaining CRM data and updating outreach statuses regularly

☑️Working closely with the senior sales team to improve outreach results

For SDR Interns:

✅Performing 50 outreach actions per day across multiple channels

✅Learning and adapting to cold outreach strategies and objection handling

✅Improving sales skills over time

✅Be willing to be mentored by seniors on a day-to-day basis

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) – Must-have for both roles. We will train you on sales, but not on how to speak English fluently.

Strong persuasive writing skills (for email/DM outreach)

Confidence on voice/video calls – especially cold calling US-based businesses

Highly organized with the ability to follow systems and meet daily outreach targets

Quick learner and problem-solver with a go-getter attitude

Bonus Points For:

Previous experience working at a digital marketing agency

Experience using GoHighLevel CRM

Background in outbound sales or cold outreach (must for Full-Time SDR)

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday

8 PM to 5 AM (PKT) to align with US working hours

Compensation & Growth:

Full-Time SDR: 70,000 PKR/month (Performance bonuses available)

SDR Intern: 30,000 PKR/month for 4 months → Upon successful completion, move to 70,000 PKR/month

Career growth path to Sales Executive or Account Executive positions

Other Important Notes:

This is a full-time opportunity; you cannot work with another agency while employed with us.
